While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I experienced behind its entrance was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

From the moment I entered , it was immediately obvious that hygiene was not a priority at Masterson’s . The ground was covered in grime , and a pungent odor of uncleaned spills and dirty bathrooms suffused the entire pub. Emitting a scent of a mixture of urine , putrefaction and sickness . The main bar, which should be the centerpiece of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and debris that looked like it had been ignored for a long time . The restroom was in even worse condition — spilling over , with a snapped lever and tiles smeared in what I can only assume was fecal matter .
